Individuals with disabilities have many talents, skills and energy to contribute to almost any industry. And they do so with dedication and loyalty. Citizens Development Center’s employment programs and supportive services are designed to benefit both employees and employers. We assist individuals with disabilities in obtaining and retaining jobs in the community, while at the same time offering reliable and qualified employees to area businesses.

A successful job match must be a win-win for the client and the employer. Employment consultants meet with area employers to learn their expectations and needs and help them find the perfect match. Trained and compassionate case managers will get to know each client to learn about their hopes and dreams and their skills and interests before suggesting the best employment fit. For some that will be a job in area businesses; for others it will be our Work Center Program where they will earn a paycheck while performing contract and assembly work for area businesses.
